This lime honey dressing is so simple to make yet packs a flavorful punch! It can also make for a delicious dipping sauce for chicken tenders.

I love serving this dressing on green salads like our Easy Green Salad and our Spring Mix Salad. The sharpness of the dressing pairs well with salads with feta or goat cheese as well!

Substitutions & Variations

Here are some optional swaps you can make to this recipe.

  • Citrus - instead of lime juice, you can use orange juice (and orange zest) or lemon juice. For a very pretty dressing, you could even use the juice of blood oranges!
  • Oil - you can swap the olive oil for avocado oil if necessary.

Storage

You can make this dressing ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 4 days. I recommend allowing the dressing to come to room temperature before dressing a salad and serving.
