Ingredients
Here are the basic ingredients you'll need for a honey citrus vinaigrette.

- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (use a good quality olive oil as this is the base of the dressing)
- Fresh Lime Juice (can be substituted for fresh lemon juice if necessary)
- Lime Zest (you can substitute for lemon zest if necessary)
- Honey
- Sea Salt
- Ground Black Pepper

Instructions
Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Whisk briskly till fully combined.

Use dressing to top at least 5 cups of greens.
