Tips for Making this Recipe

Preparation Tips - Make sure to fully whisk together the ingredients to create an emulsification. The dressing will thicken up and the mustard and oil will be fully combined.

Specialty Ingredients - For this recipe you'll need dijon mustard, I like both the Inglehoffer traditional dijon or the Maille dijon.

Storing Tips - You can save this dressing in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. If it becomes too solidified in the refrigerator (the olive oil may thicken), leave it out on the counter for a few minutes before serving.

Yummy as a salad dressing! Put it with salad greens, Cucumber, pumpkin seeds and some sliced strawberry. Very yummy combination since dressing is sweet and tangy. Will keep this one for future salads.
