Why You'll Love this Detox Salad Recipe

This crunchy, healthy salad was inspired by a weekend of overconsumption. When you're in one of those places where you just desperately crave a bowl of healthy greens and real food - this salad is the answer.

It's got loads of greens, fruit, herbs, and nuts. It's calorie-dense food with high water content, so it will leave you feeling sated and refreshed.

It's perfect post-holiday season or any other time you need a pick-me-up salad.

Ingredients You'll Need for a Detox Salad

This recipe calls for loads of fruit and veggies - if you don't care for some of them or don't have them on hand, swap them for something else! Here's what you'll need:

  • 3 cups seedless grapes, halved
  • 3 apples, diced (I used Honeycrisp)

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup dried currants (or raisins)
