Watermelon & Blueberry Sparklers

All you need is for these fun, festive "sparklers" is watermelon, blueberries, a few wooden skewers, a star-shaped cookie cutter, and a knife; and you've got an adorable, healthy 4th of July treat.

ingredients

  • 1 medium to large watermelon

  • 3 cups blueberries

instructions

  1. Cut watermelon into plates about 1/2 thick. 

  2. Using a star cookie cutter, cut out star shapes from watermelon. 

  3. Assemble sparklers with 8 to 10 blueberries and one watermelon star on each wooden skewer.
