Healthy Easter Treats and Snacks
Try one of our favorite Easter recipes - this gorgeous Easter snack board is easy to make!
Ingredients
- ¾ cup spinach artichoke dip
- 4 ounces seedy crackers
- 4 ounces sliced salami
- 2 cups colorful cauliflower
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into sticks
- 1 cup cheese cubes
- ½ cup malted egg candy (Robin Eggs)
- 4 to 6 radishes with greens
- optional - fresh flowers for decoration
Instructions
- Place the dip in a small bowl and add a spoon to it.
- Use a large cutting board or appetizer tray and plan where the largest ingredients will go (crackers, dip, flowers, etc).
- Place the dip, crackers, salami, cauliflower, and carrots on the tray. Fill in the holes with the cheese cubes, egg candy, radishes, and small flowers.
- Serve immediately.
