- 1 pound green beans, ends trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup finely shredded parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place the green beans in a large mixing bowl and toss with the olive oil.
- In a small bowl, combine the parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and dried oregano.
- Add the panko parmesan mixture to the green beans and toss to combine.
- Spread the green beans out in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake the green beans for 20 minutes.
