Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans, ends trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup finely shredded parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 
  2. Place the green beans in a large mixing bowl and toss with the olive oil. 
  3. In a small bowl, combine the parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and dried oregano. 
  4. Add the panko parmesan mixture to the green beans and toss to combine. 
  5. Spread the green beans out in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake the green beans for 20 minutes. 
  7. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
